Mr Amit Mittal, Managing Director, A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services Ltd.
Mr Mittal has been a Director of the Company since February, 2004. Mr Mittal obtained his B. Tech degree in civil engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee and has approximately 20 years of experience in project management and execution in the power, oil and infrastructure sector. Mr Mittal started his career with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited and later joined Sapient Corporation, a multinational consulting corporation. Mr Mittal is responsible for the management of the overall operations of the Company and the Group. He has recently been awarded the Ernst & Young award for the Start-up Entrepreneur of the year 2009.
Mr Manoj Gupta, Managing Director, A2Z Powertech Ltd.
Mr Gupta joined A2Z Powertech in April 2010 and is responsible for managing the overall functioning of A2Z Powertech. He has approximately 13 years of experience in project management and execution. Mr Gupta completed his Bachelors in Commerce from the Meerut University. Prior to joining us, Mr Gupta was an Executive Director of the Company and was responsible for the execution of different projects undertaken by the Company.
Mr Sanjeev Sharma, Managing Director, A2Z Infraservices and President-Projects of A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services Ltd.
Mr Sharma joined A2Z Infraservices in April 2010 and is responsible for the overall management and functioning of A2Z Infraservices. He has approximately 15 years of experience in project management and execution. Mr Sharma completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the YMCA Institute of Engineering, Faridabad. Prior to joining A2Z Infraservices, Mr Sharma was an Executive Director of the Company and was responsible for the execution of the different projects undertaken by the Company.
Mr. Rajiv Singh, Group Director - Corporate Finance and Strategy.
Mr. Rajiv Singh has extensive corporate & investment banking experience having worked with leading banks like HDFC Bank, ANZ Grindlays Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and Kotak Investment Banking and dealing with both local corporates & MNC's across West & North India. He also brings hands on deal execution capability and enjoys working alongside the entrepreneurs on future growth strategies, new business ideas, corporate restructuring, and fund-raisings. He read Statistics from Hindu College, University of Delhi and completed his Masters in Business Administration specializing in Finance from FMS, MS University of Baroda.
Dr. Ashok Kumar Saini, Chief Executive Officer – A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services Ltd.
Dr. Saini joined the Company in August 2006 and is responsible for managing the projects undertaken by the Company for transmission/distribution sector and biomass based Power Generation across the country. He has approximately 21 years of experience in the HVAC, Power Distribution and Electrical Industry. He has completed his Master of Engineering in Mechanical/Thermal Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering & PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun. Prior to joining us, Dr. Saini worked with Voltas Ltd and ETA Engineering Private Limited. He is a member of Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers and the Institution of Engineers (India) and fellow of the Institution of Engineers.
Mr Ajay Bajaj, CEO - Transmission Line – A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services Ltd.
He did his Diploma (Electrical Engineering)from Allahabad in 1975. Mr. Bajaj brings over 3 decades of experience in the power sector. Before joining A2Z Group, he was Chief Manager – (Contracts Services) of Power Grid Corporation Of India Ltd. and prior to that he was Manager in the same organization. He has an expertise and excellence in the planning, preparation, submission, evaluation to tender and placement of awards for 765/400/200KV Extra High Voltage Transmission Line, Sub-Station, Transformer, Reactors Cables Fiber Optics along with expertise in Techno Commercial Operations, Project Management, Site Management / Contract Administration, Erection & Commissioning, Process Engineering & Improvement, Manpower Management.
Mr Rajesh Jain, President - Corporate Affairs of A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services Ltd.
Mr Jain joined the Company in March 2010 and is responsible for coordinating corporate relations among strategic business units. He has approximately 15 years of experience in the telecommunications and power industry. He completed his Master in Business Administration from the Agra University. He became an associate member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India in 2010. Prior to joining us, Mr Jain was the Vice-President Corporate Affairs at Teracom Limited.
Mr Sunil B. Chhibar, Senior Vice President – Projects of A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services Ltd.
Mr Chhibar joined the Company in December 2007 and is responsible for managing the transmission and distribution projects for the State of Maharashtra. He has approximately 35 years of experience in the power distribution and electrical industry. Mr Chhibar completed his Bachelors in Engineering from the M. S. University of Baroda, Faculty of Technology and Engineering. He completed his diploma in Business Management from the University of Mumbai. Prior to joining us, Mr Chhibar worked with ETA Engineering Private Limited and Antia Electricals. Mr Chhibar has worked in the Middle East with Bahawans Engg Company (LLC), Muscat and Blue Star Limited, Mumbai.
Mr Vaibhav Seth, Vice President International Marketing of A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services Ltd.
Mr Seth joined the company in August 2006 and is responsible for Business Development and Project Management. He has 18 years of experience in field of EPC Contracting, Design Engg, Project Management and Tendering. He has completed his Post Graduation Diploma in Management and Bachelor’s of Engineering (Electrical). Prior to joining us, he was associated with ABB ltd.
Mr Dipak Chattopadhaya, Vice President - Projects of A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services Ltd.
Mr Chattopadhaya joined the company in January 2007 and is responsible for the entire business development and execution as a cost centre in the office at Kolkata. He has approximately 18 years of experience in electrical turnkey projects. Prior to joining us, he has worked with BSE Ltd. from 1999 to 2002, Tata Power Company Ltd. from 2003-2005, ABB Ltd. from 2005-2006 and Kalpatru Power Transmission Ltd.
Vikas Guliani , General Manager - International Projects for A2Z Maintenence & Engineering Services Ltd.
Mr. Guliani joined the company on 23 August 2010 as a General Manager and is responsible for International Projects. He has approximately 15 years of experience. He completed his B. Tech Electronics and Certification on Performance Management from LAGOS BUSINESS SCHOOL from LAGOS (NIGERIA). Prior to joining us Mr. Guliani worked with Comcraft group (LONDON Based Group) in Eastern & Western Africa and looking after Projects, Manufacturing and Commercial for Ferrous, Non Ferrous and Energy/Power Sector.
Col. L.S. Rana, Vice President – Transmission Line of A2Z Maintenance & Engineering Services Ltd.
Mr Rana joined the company in December 2009 and is responsible for project execution, contractors monitoring, materials management and complete project management for transmission lines upto 400 KV. Having rich expertise in transmission line and industrial projects, Mr Rana has seen several successful commissioning and completion of projects before schedule. A Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mr Rana has been associated with key players in the industry like Maharashtra State Electricity Board, Richardson & Cruddas, Hyundai Unitech and Tata Power before joining us.
Mr Sujoy Kumar Mitra, Corporate Development Officer - A2Z Maintenance and Engineering Services Ltd.
Mr Sujoy joined the company in March 2010 and is responsible for Marketing, IT Implementation and coordinating critical projects among strategic business units. He has approximately 5 Years of experience. He completed his B.Tech from HBTI, Kanpur and MBA from EABS, Pune. Prior to joining us, Mr Sujoy worked with DCM Shriram Consolidated Limited (DSCL).
